Please Reset My Gamerscore and Online Game data.

I would like my Gamerscore and online game data reset because I've lately been in online games with people that I know have hacked and cheated in the game in which has affected my levels in the game and my gamerscore and knowing that I really don't
like playing unless it was reset. So please can someone help?

xbox one error "we were unable to get your latest saved data"

i did everything hard reset and re-uploaded my profile again to my xb1 and still no fix.

I got back online I was having the "save data" sync issues. I deleted my profile and did a hard reset. When I got back online it said that I have no friends and zero gamerscore. My background was reset and my xbox console colors as well. Every game I
try to play just says it cannot retrieve my data.

Can you reset Gamerscore for my account please the gamertag is thank you would be able to asap please and can I earn achivements again for them games once there reset to 0 Gamerscore ?

 

Hey there, unfortunately you cannot request this, your gamerscore will only be reset if you are reported and the XBLPET find you guilty of cheating.

When it comes to your online rank being affected in game I would suggest googling how to reset your rank as I know the developers have made it possible in some games that have modding issues.

Also there is always the option to start another gamertag.

 

Sorry but that can't be done, however in certain games it allows you to reset your rank, level, etc. Also participating in modified/hacked lobbies is against the code of conduct.
