Please Reset Gamerscore

Dear Microsoft,

A long long time ago I was in a game and someone modded my gamerscore somehow to 30,000+ and shortly after was reset to 0. I understand resetting to zero as no one should get away with that, i am not a cheater. All I ask is that I can start from scratch,
and at least be able to obtain achievements on these games that are now "locked". Please unlock the ability for me to get achievements on these games that are locked..and maybe if possible restore the achievements I had before that happened.

Gamerscore reset please?

Ok so i recovered my account a few months ago because it got hacked. Anyway i found out that when i had recovered it my gamer score had shot up to an almost impossible score! Is it possible to remove this and reset me to my old gamer score or can i go to
0 and start again? By the way will i get called a cheater if i get reset because i didn't do anything to it

Sorry, but the only way to be able to start over and be able to re-earn the achievements is to stat a new account. Gamerscore resets are permanent so there is no way to have them reversed.

If you believe that your account was subject of modifications made when you did not have access to your account then please open an "Unauthorized Account Claim" with your local Xbox telephone support. For the United States please call "800-4MYXBOX,"
and inform them of the situation.

They will be investigating the whereabouts of the modifications made to the account and specific details regarding where the account was logged into etc. If you were infact the party that made the modifications to the Gamerscore, do not waste the time
of the Investigators and the Support Agents alike.
