    Enforcers,

    I am writing this on behalf of my son. He picked up some money that was dropped on the street. Tag "no mod if free" did an exploit I guess and dropped the money. My son didn't know what was going on. He just picked it up. I told him not to do that anymore.

    Can you please remove ban for tag JC40511 ?

    I would really appreciate it. I already spoke with Microsoft and they said it would be up to your guys.

    Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    Only member of the enforcement team can ban players. You can view your ban on enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible from there.

    This is a unique issue. It looks like there is some correcting that needs to be done on the back-end. In that case, I would suggest contacting

    Phone Support     and having them take a look.
