Please refund my game

Hello Xbox support I would like to return a game called NBA 2K23 because I am having trouble playing the game and I don't like the game. I have requested for a refund but you guys denied the request. I would like a refund on NBA 2K23 I want my money back thank you for your support.

Refunds are not given via the forums. You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with titles you purchased on your account being refunded. Please check your

order history to verify the purchases were refunded; if they were then the funds used to purchase those games should make their way back to your account. If you'd like to continue playing them, they must be purchased again.

The in-game items cannot be transferred on Xbox's end, the purchase has already been delivered to the in-game account. If it can be transferred to a different game account, it would be done by Gaijin's support team.

In-game items/packs are usually not eligible for a refund if they've been redeemed and used. Purchases made more than 14 days ago are also usually not eligible to be refunded.
