    I wanted to know if youre able to reset my gamerscore to 0 because I called the german xbox support and they told me to take contact with you guys. The reason why I want to reset my Gamerscore is because a good friend told me few months ago he hack hack
    them to 40K so I said alright and he did but now I want my gamerscore back to 0 and just start again new and play it legit I now I made a fault but people make fauls so It would be really nice if you give me a chance and reset them to 0 thanks alot! Im not
    banned or anything , im not asking for unbanning my Account , just asking for reseting my Gamerscore.

    Hi, only phone support would be able to help you out with that request. Nobody here on the forums has the authority to view accounts. I would try calling support again.

    Actually phone support does not issue gamerscore resets. You would have to have someone file a complaint on your account and the enforcement team would eventually give you a reset. Keep in mind that once you are reset you will also be labelled a cheater
    and can not re-earn any achievements you previously had on your account.

    Good one Smutches! That's right. I forgot about the labeling part. I always thought though that phone support could issue a gamerscore resets because a friend of mine actually did the same thing as the OP did and they viewed his account and reset it. I guess
    things changed. Oh well!

    Backwards compatible games are the same exact games as they are on 360 so you are connecting to 360 Xbox Live. If they were to shut them down, then you wouldn't be able to play any 360 game online.
