Okay, I had been on xbox for 6 years and I had recently been suspended for 2 weeks. I submitted a case review for it but the enforcement team thought i did the act on purpose. I was convicted for cheating. Really, I like sending people messages for good
vibes. I was on black ops 2 and I was pretty steamed. I did my normal run through and i ended up adding a little extra. I put, Have a great day. But i wont, I have to get to prestige master or i have to fresh start. I had made a bet with a friend and im living
up to it. A person sent me an invite and it turned out to be a modder. I played a few games not knowing he was but people knee he was. People ended up reporting me fo rbeing relatef to a modder. He then offered me options for getting xp on the xbox. I said
no and that im not paying for his services. Idk what happened. 3 hours later i ended up banned. My case review made it sound like it was on purpose. It was just all on accident and i dont know what to do i cant write another review. So i came here after being
on support.

Unfair Communication Suspension; Please Read

Hello,

I've been communication banned, which is effectively not letting me play xbox live. I play in a competitive FIFA 11 v 11 pro clubs league, and because pro clubs has a text box in the lobby i'm unable to access the game mode. It is basically the only game
I play. I am sorry for anyone who has been offended from messages sent by my name; however these messages were sent by my brother. He has done before, changing my Gamerpic without consent: see reference

I have already taken steps in reprimanding him. I’ve secured my account by adding a passcode so he can not longer access it. This pro clubs is a big part of my life and not being able to get in is really awful. If you could repeal this suspension
I would be grateful and assure you it will never happen again. Thanks

The enforcement team do not read these forums.You would need to submit a case review on the enforcement site. It doesn't matter if it was your brother or you. You are responsible for any actions on your account.

One more thing I would like to point out: On the Xbox Enforcement website there is listed an offense from 1/2/2016. From August 2015 to mid January (14th) I was out of the country so there was no way I could have committed an infringement. I ask that you
please understand.

Wont get overturn, even if someone does read your post.

As has been said here before and no doubt will be said again and again, you're responsible for what happens on your account, if someone sends abusive messages, sorry but your fault.

Perhaps you should look into protecting your account with a password you have to type in every time you log in, just a thought.
