    G’day everyone and happy 2014! With the New Year comes new changes. We’re focusing hardcore on ways to improve the Xbox forums and this includes community, feedback, and support. We want your voices to have the most impact, and we’re starting this process

    Has anyone updated the One Guide so new Sky Sports channels are correct?

    We're all in the same frustration boat. I read this on the forums:

    For OneGuide issues, please report these by navigating to Settings > TV & OneGuide > Troubleshooting, and select "Report a OneGuide problem". This is the best way to get your feedback directly to the OneGuide team PLEASE READ! We Want Your Feedback. :)

    I just reported a couple of the Sky Sports channels.

    what we want. The feedback site is the best place to do it.

    Is Microsoft aware that not all inhabitant of a country are always speaking the same language?

    Hello Patrick,

    There's not much we can do here in Support as it sounds like, from your description, that the games are working as designed (whether that's a good design or not...), so the avenue you may want to take is to head over to the Xbox Feedback site to voice this
    opinion. The Feedback site is read by Xbox engineers and they use it to determine priorities for development.

    Hi Agent Zero85, We have observed other reports and this issue has been reported to the developers to investigate. If you want to help with investigation, please use the Xbox App Beta and report this issue using the "Report a problem" and we will forward
    your feedback to the developers in hopes it will help.

    Please send the same feedback to Team Xbox so they can also work on for improvement of Xbox Network on Windows 11. You may follow the steps below:

    1. Launch Xbox app on Windows.
    2. Navigate to the top right of the application and select your gamerpic icon
    3. Select “Feedback” in the drop-down menu
    4. Select “Report a problem”
    5. Click Give new feedback
    6. Summary should be brief description of your feedback.
    7. Category should automatically be selected.
    We are glad to know that everything is working now.

    Please do not hesitate to ask the community anytime just in case you have any questions in the future.
