Unfortunately there is nothing you can do apart from wait it out, I am sure your friends will understand and pick up on the fact that you have a communications ban, you should still be able to play with them, just not be able to contact them, you can always
use apps like Skype (not on console) or other Messenger apps to contact your friends and let them know what has happened, or even ask a family member or school friend, to politely explain the scenario you are in so they don't "worry".

And i dont have their skype contacts or messenge i sent them messages of what were their skype and fackbook names are but they havent replyed yet

You'll have to call support. Forum support can't do anything regarding refunds.

If you're console was banned then that's a significant issue.

One, the enforcement teams don't use the forums.

You can contact Xbox Support and see if they can see if your console is banned.

NOTE: Xbox Support CANNOT help with any suspension. You can ask them to look at your account and they can see the dates of suspension and see if your console has been banned temporarily or permanently. Only the enforcement team can place or remove bans.
It's not up to you what should or should not have happened based on what occurred when your friend used your account.
