guys, all u need to do is.. sign-up on xbox.com on tablet/phone and then go on your Xbox and click download profile and what u used to sign up with you sign in with on ur xbox. your welcome.

I get asked to enter my login name and password for security purposes before I can sign in to XBOX Live. I do so, it tells me I connect, then I get an error message saying I may have entered the wrong password. I HAVEN'T. I CAN LOG IN ON THE INTERNET USING
THIS PASSWORD. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. If Xbox Live has been hacked, do something about it because I am PAYING FOR A SERVICE I CANNOT USE THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN SEEMINGLY JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE DECIDED TO ADD ALL THIS SECURITY **** BEFORE YOU CAN
LOG IN WHEN THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH HOW IT WAS BEFORE! If it ain't broke, don't fix it because now you've broken it! Good reason to switch to Playstation?!

got my money back.

Well what can I say but a big massive thanks to Cloud I've been on to support about my gt not updating but its taken just a few days from Cloud to get it sorted !!

Having taken the forums problems on board and tried to do something about it I personally think you should be reinstated as a mod but personally if it did happen you should also tell them to shove it!!

Glad it seems to have fixed a few things. It's been pretty fluid for me I have to say, which has been nice. Hopefully its remained that way for the most of you but if not, just whack it in here. I am still waiting for confirmation back but based on recent
activity and your posts, I'm guessing its mostly sorted.

As for the individual problems like your name change deezee, and your issues nwrlds, I will pass up again and see if there is a separate resolution for that.

I'll be on again tomorrow properly, I'm just popping in and out for this post. I had Xmas shopping today -_- lol. Hope all is well.
