    Hello Forza Team. Today I hopped on and found I was banned from online. I just want to clarify that me, the owner of this account was not the one indulging in such activities. I had people over who wanted to have"fun". Racism is extremely serious and I definitely dont think it has a place in this games community. After apologizing for not taking care of who was on my account, I am since on good terms with the streamers, formally apologizing for my carelessness. I know about your policy, and i know this appeal is for sure a stretch, but just know that the owner of the account who you banned does not follow the ideas that the actions it was banned for demonstrated. I am deeply sorry and mad at myself for letting my guard down. I have over 313 hours on t his game and I just love it so much. This is a big stretch but i sure do hope this lets you know that I am a better person than it might have shown. Thank you, and please take this sincere apology into consideration

    2-people can file complaints all day against a GT but if that GT has done nothing to violate the XBL Terms of Service or Code of Conduct then nothing will happen to him. In fact the people filing false complaints would face enforcement
    action for abusing the complaint system.



    3-never, ever post your personal information, including e-mail, on a Public Forum.



    4-the XBL PET are not required nor obligated to show any evidence of an enforcement action. you could try, but you have fair warning.

    The answers have already been provided for the questions you've asked, and unfortunately no one on the forums can assist you with this issue. Also, please note that threatening legal action usually gets a thread locked up pretty quick.
