'm not even sure how to reach out to Microsoft and ask the favor I wanted to ask. I am a 30 year old single mother of an amazing 7 year old boy. He just started 2nd grade and his eighth birthday is on September 13th. The only thing he asked me for was an
Xbox One s. I can't even afford his school clothes and school supplies but I wish I could give him the world. We have moved from Domestic Violence Shelter to Domestic Violence Shelter and through my whole family's homes and finally we are stationary at my
grandmother's house. She is 73 years old and just had a knee replacement and a liver transplant a few years ago. Her living significant other has Alzheimer's. The reason I'm telling you all this is because I stay so busy trying to help take care of them so
that me and my son will have a bed to sleep in every night that him and I have nothing that we can do together. He never asks me for anything. July 27th 2009 my son was only 10 months old and his father broke into my home held me at gunpoint and beaten ***
me for over 24 hours. Ever since then I haven't been unable to work I suffer from severe PTSD and I've been going to therapy ever since that night. I suffer from blackouts and flashbacks and my son ever since he was old enough to pick up the phone had to call
nine-one-one ijust 2 have me resuscitated when I stop breathing. He's so mature so smart so loving and he's been through so much. He's always taking care of me. If it wasn't for him I would have gave up this fight a long time ago. I just want for once to give
him something that will make him smile. I don't like to ask for anything but please can you help me get my son something that will make him smile. I want something to distract him so he's not always beside me making sure I'm still breathing or trying to bring

Unfortunately, giving away Xbox consoles (or any other games or hardware) is not something that we have the capability to do. Our forums are here to allow us to provide support with issues such as technical console issues, in-game issues, and promotional
content. We are simply not equipped to handle these kinds of requests, even in the most dire of circumstances.
