    ok so can someone please help me find out how to stop this, basically my sister and her boyfriend are able to access my xbox one via mobile device and whenever im playing they keep opening apps and internet web pages as i play and i cant stop this? i have
    made it so no smartglass devices can access i think but they still manage to do it? also they are using samsung mobiles.

    Hello,

    Please try the everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
    times)     in a row    , restart your console (important), download your profile again.

    Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

    See if the above works for you.

    You need to file a complaint on anyone who is sending those messaged.

    Other than that, Xbox will only give you a free name change if your gamertag violates the code of conduct, which yours doesn't. And asking for points is not allowed on the forums.
