1 month since this issue begun.

6 phone calls to Xbox Support..

10+ Forum post..

So, After all this work, I know who can only help me, And that's the Xbox Enforcement team. But they are not fixing this issue they created.

I post on there Forum Once a day, But they delete my post and do not reply to my messages..

Can someone please contact them and tell them to take my issue seriously and stop ignoring me, Even Xbox Support said i might have to create a second account just to get a post accepted because a moderator might have a personal issue with me.

My issue is, I can't post a status on my Xbox One profile, I can't share any game clips, Achievements... ANYTHING. I can't even showcase a video clip.

This all started at the end of a communication ban, Ban ended on the 26th October. (Also, I got the ban for telling Scammers not to scam, Weird yeah? Seems doing the right thing you can get you in trouble.)

Please, Someone who knows someone, Maybe even a Enforcement team member.. Please tell them. As i have patiently waited so long and have been ignored for so long now.

I was supposed to recieve darksouls 1 when I purchased darksouls 3

I've been waiting almost a month now for the game code for darksouls 1 and after 3 phone calls and several attempts at getting what I paid for I gotta go through a website to get my code? Well if this works I'll be suprised as well please give me darksouls
it's been 1 month now

Guys please read posts before opening new ones - been offering them out for like 1-2 weeks now

 

The Enforcement Team cannot help with this. What you can try is remove your gamertag from the console then head to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds and then unplug everything
from it for 5 minutes.

When the console starts up again redownload your profile and hopefully it will work after that.

If it doesn't then you will need to continue dealing with phone support.

 

I have tried EVERYTHING possible, Phone support said Xbox Enforcement team can only help me out..

 

Why is no one taking me serious? I know what the problem is, And who can only fix it. That's the enforcement team!

 

Did you not read what i said?

 

Phone support is incorrect in sending you here. Enforcement has nothing to do with repairing issues with gamertags. Try support again.

 

I have tried support so many times i am losing count. They can't fix the issue..
