Please Read if you are getting 0x8004804E error

Mine doesn't work at all right now. But I know they're working to fix it, already apologizing, and putting on smiles while the community talks down on them.

Xbox apparently owes people compensation because LIVE is down a few hours? I wish I got a free oil change every time my car broke down, or a free week of electricity when the power goes out...

People are threatening real people over a few hours of a service hiccup. I just don't see the need for the intense hate comments. I'm upset too and I want to play my game, but people are acting as if LIVE got discontinued or something.

That's what happens when you include a "digital download" of a game and everyone downloads it at once. Should have just included the disc with the console. Brilliant MS, just brilliant.

 

If you loose power at your house you don't pay. I guess I am just letting this be the straw that broke my back. From the xbox one now coming with titanfall for the same price. Still no 3d support for bluray, I know a lot of you do not care about that.
Now we are seeing why having a system that has to be online is a bad idea.

most frustrating part about this....having my two friends text me about how great the game is while I keep hitting A on my controller to keep trying to sign in.

 

This is frustrating, I do admit. But honestly there's nothing we can do except wait. Atleast I got a good 12 hours into it last night an a day off from work. This better get fixed soon Microsoft cause your profit's are slowly walking into Sony's pocket's.

 

I purchased my console today in anticipation of Titanfall, probably the most expensive game title I've ever bought considering I hadn't really wanted to play anything up to this release. I was watching a friend of mine broadcast live on Twitch thinking...look
at him leveling up, hell, look at everyone else leveling up. Needless to say I'm really not happy right now and contemplating if I really want to play this game. Not because I'm not leveling myself but because I haven't been that thrilled with Xbox for a
few years. This is not helping. If the answer to that question is no, I can live without Titanfall, I have no qualms of boxing this thing up and returning it.

OK, it has been over 6 hours now. The only possible reasons for this taking so long is that the number of resources assigned to remedy this problem is inadequate, or the people assigned to this task are not the "Experts".

Yeah still gave me the same error code at 6 this morning... will be returning the game after work if its not fixed and letting the paperweight collect dust a while.
