btw where is this forums time zone based from? According to the East coast of Merica its only 7:45 and I'm pretty sure California its not even quite that late....just saying thought xbox was based in Merica? Maybe thats the problem?

You know what it's pathetic that on the biggest launch for the system this happens I'm not saying they wanted this to happen but this is such bs

 

ok so y is it, where i am not even a live customer since i dont have much time for live multiplayer scenarios, that i cannot even sign into my profile to play a none "live specific" game. i dont understand this at all its like im completely locked out of
my xbox. entertainment system paperweight indeed... made the mistake of trying a factory reset and now cant even re-register my profile on my box. titan fall just that much of an overload? glad i didnt buy it, i considered stepping up to live, but seems a
major hassle especialy now

 

This reeks of a class action suit for any possible reason...what kind of standards are these

 

Zh0rne, so we all buy a new box, new game and the day it releases we are supposed to not play it and just be "ok" with it? Seriously its microsoft xbox one for heavens sake, supposedly the best services in the world, a service I pay for, and not just a little
money....thousands, probably tens of thousands at this point in consoles, services, points, games, and other misc purchases and I can not log in and play ANY of the games I want to play on a system that was "supposed" to allow for offline gaming? How about
you go fix the problem for me since you understand it so well.

 

I understand people are anxious to play, and angry the service is down, but a lot of this abuse is not warranted. The people at Microsoft are hard at work fixing the problems. Play station Network went down for over a week before, remember that? Microsoft,
as well as every other tech company ever, have bumps in the road. Be glad that none of these issues last very long at all. Be patient.

I expected a bit better than this. Everything has been leading up to this day and there have been very obvious attempts at getting new Xbox purchases with the inclusion of Titanfall. To have the systems go down is unacceptable considering we are all paying
customers for a live service. Not only did we pay for the console and game, but we are all actively paying for the Xbox Live service. To have that service not work on the biggest game release to date is all on Microsoft. If you want to step into the league
of having games only accessible via online connection, the kinks need to be worked out ahead of time. These reactions are completely fair and Microsoft owes more than an apology for a mess up this big- that's what happens when you have people paying a subscription
fee for a service. When the service is down, you compensate everyone who was impacted by it.

 

This is getting beyond irritating now.

 

@BaControl - PS Network sucks so it is no surprise that it went down for a week. Sorry, I had to get my Sony jab in.

However, I just bought a $60 Frisbee today. Weeeeee!

 

Am predominantly a PC gamer so imagine my disgust at having to pay for an online service that doesn't even work when I go to use it and can't recall a time where something like this has happened to me on PC where such services are provided for free...

THIS IS A SICK JOKE!!! the only reason i chose xbox over ps4 was for titan fall. its finally out now and of course microsoft is pulling this bs. im so disappointed...

 

BaControl Being that you put support for Microsoft did your xbox one get fixed yet? Or is yours one that works. We can not do anything with it right now we have everything we need to play on our end and we can not even watch netflix.
