PLEASE READ Idea to improve Xbox Clubs

I currently own and manage a large public Xbox Club. With over 22k members, i'ts not currently feasible to ensure all members are briefed on the usage of the club, it's purpose and its rules. My description is maxed out and the pinned post is regularly used to provide essential updates, yet people are still overlooking rules and not using the club to its full potential.

Chat and message of the day is overlooked by the many and 'Looking for Group' NEVER gets used, despite the feed receiving posts many times an hour for things that would benefit from being in the Looking for Group section.

I'm unsure if 'Looking for Group' has a limit on the number of posts that can be present at any one time. I would like to set a limit for this to 5.

I fear that changing the way my club currently operates to force people to use Looking for Group instead of posting to the feed would cause the club to become disused. I believe this is in part due to the lack of understanding in the Xbox community with regards to Xbox clubs features and usage.

Idea


For new members, I would like to be able to send an automated welcome message to them upon joining.

The owner would type up a generic message in the club settings or customisation screen. When an invite request is accepted and the member has joined, a welcome message is sent automatically to them.

Further, if announcements and such could also be drafted and sent to all members, similar to when we receive messages from Xbox, that would be brilliant. It might also be useful if we could schedule these automated messages to be sent at a specified time allowing us to type up the message in advance as and when we have the time to do so.
