PLEASE READ** Dark Souls 3 Deluxe Edition Pre-Order

Same issue here. I made my pre-order of the Deluxe Edition of Dark Souls 3 on February 18th. Still no download code.

Might add I pre-ordered my Dark Souls 3 deluxe edition on Feb 21, 2016 and haven't received my code

i Pre orderd dark souls 3 deluxe edition and was told by an xbox supporter to wright here for a code for xbox one dark souls.

I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 Deluxe Edition and have not received the code for Dark Souls 1 yet. It is past 10 days and I talked to an Xbox Support Team Agent and he told me to make a post here. Gamertag is

1.) The link you provided is broken.

2.) It does not say get Dark Souls on 360, nor does it say playable on the One "at a later date."

Not sure who exactly is at fault here, but it needs to be made known, and an apology needs to be made. Many people were wrongly encouraged to pre-order this game, and this is not right. Fix it.
