    So I pre-ordered NBA 2k16 in August, and I still haven't gotten my pre-order bonuses. I have contacted Xbox and 2K many times and no one has helped. What do I do?

    You'll need to contact Xbox, via phone support or through a direct agent to see if it can be changed. But the limit is pretty strict.

    Unfortunately as stated by the
    Home Console Reset page    : Customer support cannot offer additional switches. If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
    Help when you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception. We no longer do Home Console
    Resets, give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other matter!

    Unfortunately Xbox users and Xbox Ambassadors cannot reset a home Xbox, and we cannot give you more changes, however you do get 1 additional change 12 months after you set a home Xbox, this applies every time you make a new Xbox One your Home Xbox,
    if need a change now, you will need to contact customer support and see if they can do this for you: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Unfortunately Xbox users and Xbox Ambassadors cannot reset a home Xbox, and we cannot give you more changes, however you do get 1 additional change 12 months after you set a home Xbox, this applies every time you make a new Xbox One your Home Xbox,
    if need a change now, you will need to contact customer support and see if they can do this for you: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us
