the title says it all! i have recieved any points for achievements i have unlocked in the past few months, i have no credit in my account either, and it took a couple of months before i was able to access a survey.

Still no 70 Microsoft points after 3-4 months

It has been maybe 3 or 4 months and i still have not received the 70 Microsoft points from past surveys and other things. This is the second time i have had to ask about this, i had to put a post up also back in December because of the same issue. If someone
could please resolve this then please do. I do understand if many Microsoft points have to be sent out and some peoples points get forgotten but shouldn't someone try and make up a better system to keep it running smoothly if this one is not working out so
well?

The vault always out of stock

I need the switch my gems, but always I look the vault, the betters itens always out of stock and when the program change to Microsoft Rewards I loose, because one gem be one point in the microsoft rewards. I have 792 gems, I want exchange 500 in 10.000
points and 250 in 5.000 points on the live rewards, 792 points in new program is a joke, I will loose my money, please help me.

Microsoft does not run the rewards program. For any assistance you will need to wait for support in the Rewards forums.

There are no offers to receive credits for earning achievements and they no longer have surveys every month, just every 2-3 months.

What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.
