Please patch this friends list and profile glitch in the next update.

I can not access my friends list or my profile on my Xbox One at random times. The friends list says We cant show your friends right now when I click on it. When I click on my profile it says Try again soon. Not sure what happened there. (0x87c40000).
Can you please make an update that fixes this bug/glitch? I checked if there was a service alert when this happens and the alert had nothing to do with it. This happens to me about 20 times a day depending on how much I play Xbox One. I really think it is
a glitch and really needs an update to patch it. Also I have run through all troubleshooting options to try and fix this myself but the problem still persists. I deleted my profile from my Xbox One and downloaded it again. It still says We cant show your
friends right now. My profile is still saying Try again soon Not sure what happened there(0x87c40000). Can someone tell me if it is a glitch or is it something wrong with my console's hardware?

xbox one notifications

as of the last update a few glitches have been notification errors. my profile included. some notifications will come through and some wont. Hopefully in the next patch these will be addressed and fixed. Nothing can be easily done to fix these by yourself

I noticed this happening in the previous 1408 build, but users of the preview program (who are on build 1409) will notice that this bug has been (supposedly) resolved and will be released on the next update.

I have the preview program. So what you are saying is they already patched it for me and it didn't work?

I have a guy on my friends list and he got to level 73 on outpost in spec-ops. After the 1st update/patch, I noticed he wasn't on the leaderboards anymore. I figured he took advantage of the outpost glitch I have been hearing about. To get that high on
that level, I assume you would have to find a glitch.

Please patch this friends list and profile glitch in the next update.
