Please patch the exploit with reporting,

they can get you with any gamertag, they could atleast put a time limit inbetween reports. maybe every 30 minutes somebody can report someone, and everyone else wait 30 minutes to report that same someone

.I know about this issue, it's a new dev tool being used by some individuals and they're mass spamming until someone is banned and I did notify the proper team and they said they're investigating and I also suggest you do not join any parties with people you don't know or trust, because it mostly happens when you're in a party and they start spam reporting until the account gets perma banned, so I suggest you don't join any parties for now and let your friends or loved ones know as well.

I understand what you mention, remember that a sanction is not given for the number of reports someone receives, it is given for the type of infraction that is being reported.

The only thing you can do is report these users via the tools on your console. It's up to the game developers themselves to patch their games to stop these exploits. Patches come less often when the game is as old as Blops unfortunately.
