According to the Xbox Support website, if you are unable to read all 25 characters of your digital code, you must contact aka.ms/contactxboxsupport to request a replacement code. When contacting support, please include proof of purchase, serial number, and a picture of the damaged code.

NOTE: Please photograph the front and back of the card, as well as the receipt where the code is printed, so that support can confirm the damage.

If you purchased the code from another retailer, make sure to provide the same information when working with the retailer.

Do you mean 19 digit code then the scratch off one? As mine has a 19 digit code then next to that is the scratch of thing. Am on the game.co.uk website now I have clicked on the gift card option and it wants a digit code and a pin code. When I click on info
it says Your 19 digit gift card number and 4 digit pin code on the back of the gift card. Not sure if I have the correct card you see.

see i scratched off the silver part like normal, and it gunked up on me, so im missing two sets of 5 digits for my membership code can you help me please?
