Please make available to choose English as console language even in Japan

Users who live in Japan can't choose English as console language on Xbox one.

Yes, I'm Japanese, and I'm not English native. But at least I can read English. And problem is, my wife can't read Japanese because she is not Japanese.

So, I want to use English as console language, but I don't know why Microsoft doesn't allow it until now.

Xbox one language

I don't understand why people are often forced to have there own language on the console. I live in Norway and I must have the console in Norwegian to have all features available, it's awful. Its likely they will turn on this and make people choose there
console language? I'm not saying that I want all apps and rights from another country. All that can just be like it is, just let me use English as language on console. Its not even a point to have kinect as Norwegian is not supported and will not be I guess.
English as language should be available for all no Mather where you live!

change your xbox region and language to english, so choose a primarily english country region like the USA or england and try downloading from there.

My friend lives here in the USA but every now and again sets it to japan and downloads japanese language games. (she speaks Japanese as a second language and playing the games help her from forgeting lol)

@Damakibo - If you wish to change your account region for a more permanent state in Japan then you'll need to visit this page
here for that information. Please make sure to read the terms before changing regions.

Note: You'll get the game in whatever language your region's main language is. For Japan it should be Japanese if the game your downloading supports it, otherwise the default is English. Changing your console's language to English does not
effect Games on Demand downloads.

Once again, the three ways to define the language don't work.

In the system menu it says I can only choose from German or French, there isn't even an English option.

The native language of my console is always either Dutch or English, so if they would check that, there wouldn't be a problem.

The third option shouldn't even exist, since there is an English/Dutch version of the game, and one of the national languages is Dutch, so they are forced to make that version available in this country by choice or, at least, bring a patch for download.
Maybe Square-Enix doesn't know what languages are spoken in which country, but then they should read their forums, since half of the world seem to have the problem that they're severely limited in their choice of languages.

I the location/language the console is set to makes the difference to if it's available or not. My console is set to English and the UK.

Please make available to choose English as console language even in Japan
