    every time i try to access a server i get xbox access to join this server i tried all solutions like open another account, switch connection, delete minecraft data but still the problem doesn't change ache mojang wrote one article about this bug where it says to change connection so this article wasn't helpful either my only hope now microsoft team please help

    Would I know if you tried reinstalling the game, or connecting your PS4 to a different Wi-Fi network temporarily, like a mobile hotspot?

    Try disabling any existing firewall program or changing its configuration options. Restart your modem/router. You may also want to try logging out of your account and then logging back in, as this refreshes your profile's authentication and connection with our servers. Restart your device.
