Please lift my temporary ban

I was playing a couple days ago alone when I got a random message from another xbox user in which they were commanding me to do something for them. I then proceeded to tell them to "go **** yourself" which lead to slurs pertaining to sexual orientation.
Long story short, I messed up and I am hoping that this would reach a moderator in hopes of being able to lift my ban.

This is my old gamertag. My current gamertag with the temporary ban is "A IN IG IE L" (a in ig ie l)

1. If you're looking for information on why you received a suspension, you would need to post here: forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

2. If you already filed an unauthorized access case and there was evidence of the account indeed being stolen, you would need contact support back by phone to dispute the resolution of the case, stating that the thief is the one who had control of the account
when the Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct were violated. If they determine the dates of the violations match the dates when the account was stolen, they may overturn it. However, if they determine you had control of the account when the violations occurred,
then they would not be able to do anything further to assist you with that account.

You'll have to wait for a response from forum 15. That is the only forum the enforcement teams posts to and they are the only ones who handle suspensions/bannings.

Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

redownload your profile and Power cycle your console by shutting it down and unplugging it from the wall and wait 30secs or till the light on the power brick turns off (older Xbox ones and 360) unless you have an Xbox s like me

Then Power it on

I can't guarantee that your ban is going to be lifted, but always there is a chance that you can get unbanned or the permanent suspension changes to a temporary suspension

Of course by the time you got a response, the temporary credit ban would probably be lifted. My guess is that at least one of them was bad enough at the game that Bungie thought that they (or rather, you) were boosting.
