Please leave Your gamertag If you have Xbox One!

As it has been stated, any gamertag on your console can have gold, so long as the main account has gold (on the Xbox ONE). If you wish to leave any feedback or put something on the wishlist, then please do not hesitate to post this or may be support a thread

Since you changed your gamertag from the Xbox 360 console, you must have changed only the old gamertag system. Please note that on Xbox One and later devices, new games have new gamertag system as your main profile's gamertag. If you want to update your main gamertag, you can do it on Xbox One and later devices or go to https://social.xbox.com/ChangeGamerTag

the gamertag/Xbox account which IS the Microsoft account are basically one in the same, nothing can be transferred.

your son with have to have a new account made and then if you leave the Xbox set as your home Xbox he can still access any digital games purchased on your account with his new account..

Sorry to hear about the troubles. Do you happen to have any additional Gamertags on your Xbox One, or would you happen to be signed in to a different Xbox One console who could have had access to your Gears of War 4 license? The 17 packs will be added to
the first Gamertag to sign into Gears of War 4 with that license. If another gamertag is associated with your home Xbox One console or you have multiple users on the same Xbox, you should ensure the first user who plays Gears of War 4 is the Gamertag you want
your Gear Packs to be awarded to.

The Coalitions Gears of War 4 Bonus Content post, they will not be able to replace Season Pass Gear Packs which have been claimed by another user on your license. However, if you believe your Season Pass content is missing and the
case above does not apply, please leave a post that thread linked with your Gamertag, what’s missing, and when you first played (please be as specific as possible).
