Please, just tell me how to get my xbox fixed

At the end of March, our nearly brand new xbox (Christmas present) tried to do an update and totally screwed up, said the program or system files were now corrupt. Spent countless hours over the course of many weeks with techs trying all kinds of solutions;
none worked. Then fought for another month or two with Microsoft over the incorrect warranty info; finally got it figured out at the beginning of June. I responded to the email saying my warranty was now good to go, asking ok, where do I take it to get fixed.
No response. Today I'm trying again but live chat not available for some reason, so I go to the "ask an experienced gamer" option. They pointed me towards a "make a service order" link which didn't work--I would get a couple screens in and then it would
say that there was no "service package" for my issue and none of the gamers are responding back. The "ask for a callback" option says their hours are 10am-6pm (but doesn't say time zone--I'm EST) and it's now past noon and this option is still greyed out
and not triggering the callback. Beyond frustrated. Please, just tell me how I can get it fixed.

ok so i just fixed my payment options and and stuff and i still cant get onlint and when i tred to get on CoDMW2 it said Not allowed to play online

can some1 tell me why and how this can get fixed please

Thank you for this suggestion, but wow, that was the most useless call I've just wasted 30minutes on. First I was disconnected twice before finally getting through a conversation. Then the woman I was speaking with told me that we need to take this console
back to Amazon, where it was bought and that they can't help me fix it, even though numerous techs tried to help us fix this via live chat, and another tech spent 2 weeks getting our warranty sorted out. All so we could take it back to Amazon who was our
first stop back when this happened and were told we needed to go to xbox? This is insaaaaaaane......

 

So if you need a service order on your Xbox, you can make that at devicesupport.microsoft.com They have their own support options there that might be able to provide a bit more specific details on hardware repair information and requirements. If you have
already registered the console to your account, it should already be listed on that site when you sign in. There's not much that I can do to provide information or make changes in terms of warranty, but the details of those services will be available on the
devicesupport.microsoft.com site.

 

I'm terribly sorry you had this issue. Please call phone support again and request the repair. To send the console back to the place of purchase is unheard of. If you run into someone else who says to do this request that the call be escalated.
