Please just take my money...

I tried to buy State of Decay back in December when it was on sale for $10 using my PayPal account. It was declined on my smartphone, on my computer and on my xbox 360. Now it's doubled in price. So basically I missed out on a sweet deal because of something
out of my hands. I called support, they told me my account was declined, which doesn't make sense because I bought DLC for AC2 with the same account before and after I was declined. Someone dear lord please help and take my money.

There is no way around region issues. Also, Xbox Live is not supported in Thailand -

so i bought my 360 in the United States of America, along with all the games, i moved to Thailand about 8 months ago, i haven't played my xbox in 7.9 months due to my little brother being inpatient and plugging it in the first day we move in, reaction,
the adapter goes "bang" because of the different volts of electricity.

so i had to find another compatible adapter which took 7.9 months, in that time my 4 months of xbox live expire and yaddy yaddy yaddah, i don't really care about the wasted months, but what i did figure out is when ever i try to buy the family pack or even
the single membership i can't! it says "uh oh that shouldn't of happened," I'm assuming it's because i am in a different country? is there any loophole to get past this?

Once the sale ended there's nothing to be done. You'll have to pay full price now. Microsoft is not responsible for your card being declined.

 

It couldnt have been declined. I used it to buy dlc. Something went wrong with State of Decay.

 

You said you called support and that they said it was declined. That means it was declined, they are not going to lie to you about something like that. It's possibly you reached a spending limit or made too many transactions to quickly.. honestly it could
be a lot of things but if support said it was declined then it was and that's that.
