Please install multiplayer COD

After an update i cant play multiplayer anymore. Can someone help me?? It keep showing me the tekst “please install multiplayer” but i always have installed the miltiplayer packages and they are installed before. See the attachments. Someone got an idea??

How about a class action law suit? This is ****. I have never had problems on my PS4. Says all my files are installed but still will not let me play Multiplayer🤬🤬 To me it seems as though they dont give a damn about anyones problem cause guess what they
already got your money.

There was a new multiplayer update as well as the new 13GB update, try restarting your console or Looking on the store for the new multiplayer pack, It's around 18GB

First, try power cycle your console: Link

If that not works try with factory reset with option keep my games and apps:

Last option is reinstall of everything.

Update the multiplayer in store.
