(English) Hello I have a SERIOUS & MAJOR (in my opinion) problem

Few years back I made a microsoft account and set the gamertag to Nintol

Nintol is the gamertag I HAVE to USE.

But I forgotten account's ID and PW by the years.

So when I about to set my gamertag to Nintol with my new account

It's blocked... So, I can't really do much about it.

so microsoft team or xbox team or whatsoever PLEASE help me with this serious problem.

하지만 몇년 에 마이크로소프트 (xbox) 계 을 만들 그 계 의 게이머태그를 Nintol 로 한채

현재는 아이디와 비밀번호가 뭔지 까먹 새 계 을 만들 게이머태그를 Nintol 로 바꿀 해도

계속해서 막힙니다.. 그래서 아무것도 못하는 채로 (물 게임을 즐기지도 못하며) 시간을 보내 있습니다.

발 운영진 분이나 개발자분, 에게 도움을 주세요..ㅜㅜ

Why would it even be a bother you do realize that there are probably a million or more John's in the world

Tell us how they can pick you out of all of them

They can't

what moder forums tell you there is no free change because the said excuses can be solved

Not to mention it is a black mark on your gamer account record

also what they are advising isn't recommended because it is only used for terms of use violations

And you don't get to pick your name you are given a random one and have to pay for a personal name again

The name change isn't to reward people who break the rules it is to punish them

I'm afraid you will either have to get access again to that Old account via the steps mentioned here:

https://support.xbox.com/my-account/microsoft-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution

if that is not possible then the only option is to wait until that gamertag is released due to inactivity.

There is no timeframe on when that will happen though

Have you tried to change your account Region?

Sign in to your Microsoft account and review your info. https://account.microsoft.com/

Select Edit profile info.

Update the info under Country/region, State, Postal code, and/or Time zone, as applicable.

Select Save.

The only way you could use it is if the original owner changes it to something else or they do not sign into the account for 5 years. Otherwise, there is no way to request it.

Keep in mind that the gamertag system is in use on other Microsoft services, so even if it is not in use on an Xbox, it may be in use somewhere else.
