cannot purchase black ops

I've tried on the xbox one, failed. so i went to buy on xbox.com. failed there too. tried with three different credit cards, and paypal. keep getting the error, "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

what gives?

If they are not yet, the best thing to do would be to contact official Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

They are the only ones that can handle payment issues like this and when needed refund them.

Please contact xbox.com/refund you can ask for refund till 48 hours from purchase as far as I remember

If you would like to get the game for PC, you may need to purchase it via Steam launcher because the one on Microsoft Store is for Xbox as well.

account.microsoft.com/orders and find the purchase. Mark down the date of the purchase and order number. Then go to
xbox.com/refund and fill out the refund request form. That will be sent off to Xbox to be reviewed.
