so I got forza horizon ready to install from the store so I wait 50 years to install the game then I'm trying to run the game but it's coming up say do you own this game like disc or digital but I went to the store to see if I can play it of there but it's
not running the game any Suggestions?

Try a hard reset of your console. Shut it down and then unplug it from the power for about a minute. Then plug it back in and turn it on again. Also be sure, if you purchased the game, that the transaction was successful. You can check by looking under purchases
after logging into account.microsoft.com
