PLEASE Help! XBox One saying No Internet Connection BUT...It is connected

Dear Sirs: I don't know if this is because of the latest update or not, but ever since the same time frame of the update my Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live saying I don't have Internet connection any longer, when I do and it's working fine.

This has happened several times in the past week and is getting frustrating. Nothing has changed on my setup, I am connected using ethernet cable, and I do not use wireless with it at all. Although all my other devices throughout the house are connected
just fine, still I have followed your site's advice and have done the 5 minute unplug on my router each time and upon doing this, it will miraculously get the Xbox One back connected to Live again. This makes no sense since I had Internet connection just fine
on all other devices.

I don't mean to complain but I am a Disabled Veteran and it is a lot of effort for me to have to keep doing this process over and over again, not to mention the frustration of it all too. Can anyone please help me?

First time trying Ethernet connection and its not working

I have recently bought Xbox one and was always using wireless to connect to it. Recently I was trying to stream Xbox to my windows PC and I am trying my Xbox to connect to Ethernet but its not accepting the connection .Xbox test connection Always saying
connected to wired connection but also says “No Internet”.

Even I’m using the LAN cable which is tested and working with my TV. So the cable is fine.

Please help.

Xbox One Network Problems

My Xbox One says I'm connected to the internet,and I check my connection and everything is good. But the Xbox says I have no internet connection. I have tried everything to fix it but no results. Any help??

If I understand correctly the problem seems to be intermittent. So, it is still possible it could still have something to do with your internet connection? Maybe your ISP...? The reason I say this is because if
Test network connection and Test multiplayer connection located at >Settings
>All Settings >Network >Network settings on your Xbox reports back with, "It's all good". Then as far as Xbox Live is concerned you should be good-to-go. However, given that you say you don't see any
network problems with your other devices, may I suggest that you try resetting your Xbox back to

factory defaults. You will have the option to keep your games and apps. Also, I would check
Detailed network statistics at your Xbox to confirm network bandwidth, latency (ping) and the status of lost packets. For more information see, "Network
settings on Xbox One" . Let us know if you continue to have an issue with your Xbox network connections.
