    Please help Xbox One Randomly Disconnects from Live


    Hi all,

    Basically my xbox one randomly disconnects from xbox live every 5-10 Minutes. I will be in a game (e.g. GTA V online) and all off a sudden, black screen, lag and then the error message. I then press the xbox button and see at the side the connect to live
    message. I usually play on wireless and thought that could be the problem, so moved my xbox next to my HUB and used a wired connection; yet I still have the same problem. My NAT is open, 0% packet loss etc; Ive had it for just under a year and over the last
    day or 2 it has randomly occured. Ive tried a hard reboot of my xbox, reset my internet many times.

    Can anyone please tell me the problem and if so how to fix it?

    Xbox controller sync problems

    My controllers won't stay sync to my Xbox. They disconnect randomly while I am playing a game and when they do, it disconnects me from Xbox live. This has been going on for a long time please help.
