This is not the place to ask for this. General discussions could best suit your fancy.

 

if you want an invitation to the program you will have to go through 3 steps, and the program isn't accepting new members yet in fact it seems like it is full of members.

1) Be invited

2) Be accepted

3) Enroll

(Note being accepted can take up to months before actually getting into the program and there is no guarantees and if you have any 'recent' enforcement action on your account it can restrict access to the program. But if your enforcement action was over
a year ago then your set and authorized to join the program.)
