Please help, Xbox One comepletely unresponsive

For the past 2 days my xbox one randomly become unresponsive, I bought metro redux on tuesday on release day everything was working fine up until friday, I started getting random lock ups during gameplay which was fine because I had heard there were issues.
I started playing other games because the lock ups were way too often, tried playing bf4 and diablo 3 and the console is completely unresponsive to anything I do. Ive cold booted the console, done every hard reset etc and nothing helps. If I get into any game
itll work for minutes and the game will freeze, I can go to the dashboard but I cant move. Idk what to do, my dashboard is unresponsive as well and freezes or slows even if im not playing, Ive gotten multiple times where I go to turn the console of with the
controller and the window pops up to turn it off and my indicator is actually not on the turn off console pane but in the background on the actual dashboard moving around. Its literally unbearable, I have no clue what to do, I have not been able to play anything,
it all started after the new update

When I try to download something on my 3tb hard drive my Xbox becomes unresponsive please help!!

when I try to download a game on my 3tb hard drive my whole Xbox one becomes unresponsive and I have to keep on turning my Xbox on and off till it works please help with this problem

 

£2 for 2 months...

Could you help me please? The option doesn't disappear, rather it's just unresponsive.

 

Also I forgotten to mention ive uninstalled and reinstalled all my games and still nothing has helped

 

This is a known issue an update was released today for us to test on the preview hopefully it will be released soon to everyone
