    Please Help!! Xbox keeps Freezing!


    I do not know what I have done to bring this upon myself, but my Xbox 360 keeps freezing for no reason, I keep trying to reset it, but in the end, it always comes to this. My xbox is the original 360 and I bought it used about 3 years ago. I just want to
    know if I can try and fix this or even if it is fixable.

    Xbox keeps freezing

    My xbox keeps freezing. I took out the hard drive and it still freezes. I has been in a good ventilated area the whole time. I don't know if its a glitch in the system or why it keeps freezing. Help please

    If you have tried the steps listed on the support page and it still freezes, I would have to say it needs repaired.

    Xbox 360 Keeps Freezing. Please Help.

    Sorry to hear it. Most times a freezing console is due to a failing hard drive. Try removing your drive and see if you experience the same issue. If it doesn't happen again then you'll need to purchase a new drive for it.

    If the issue does continue even after removing the hard drive then the console is probably failing on you and would need to be replaced. Unfortunately repairs are no longer offered for the older FAT consoles.

    As for your saves, you can either do as stated above and move them to a USB drive or store them on the Cloud for easy access on another console.
