Please help with xbox gold

I renewed my xbox gold for 3 months like a month ago . My brother decided to reset the whole console and I don't remember my email or password so I pretty much had to make another account and start from scratch . If that wasn't enough I can't even play online
because it asks me to buy xbox gold again while my brother's account is fine

Ps. Both accounts are on the same Xbox

Hi, I've bought xbox live gold for 13 months in april, so I still have it, but it's second month and I still have free game in xbox live gold Dirt showdown...but it's for money. Help me please, I don't see new games, which can i download with xbox live gold.

Gold Trial Redeem not working

My xbox one keeps refusing m xbox gold 2 day trial i got with titanfall, it says "you already have gold share this with a friend" but i dont have xbox live gold

You don't show as having gold here so you would need gold in order to play online. If you're sharing gold on the One, you may want to make sure the account that has the gold still has the console set as the Home console. If your account is supposed to have
gold, you may want to verify your subscription at

Try to sign out and sign in again. If that doesn't works remove your account from the console and download it again.

My gold expired, and I'm trying to use a 2 week gold trial code, but everytime I try, it keeps on saying I already have a gold membership.
