I had no options to go back to so I did a system restore. finally deleted the games that were trying to download but when I tried to download a game it just did the same thing again. spent hours on a chat with a support guy doing everything he told me to do and nothing.. about to cancel game pass.

To go back to a previous version of Windows, do the following:

Thanks for the reply. I must have done this 20 times now. Each time when I do the gaming services the games that were stuck downloading return to the same spot.

It only seems to be getting worse...

All buttons are black at some points and now the gaming services jus keep needing to be downloaded stating they are not there.
