    please help with turtle headset and xbox one.


    Right, I have turtle beach x42 which have a female 2.5, now I don't have the chat lead that connects to the controller.

    Just so happens I need a new controller and noticed that the new one come's with the new 3.5 jack.

    What lead do I need to connect them together?

    Really don't want to buy the adaptor puck, already broke one and they just get in the way!

    Am I right in saying that I will need the ( 2.5 male to male xtc talk back cable, and then a 2.5 female to 3.5 male adaptor to fit into the new controller?

    Any help would be much appreciated. Tearing my hair out trying to figure this out, so much for making things easy xbox!

    No headphone jack on my tv for turtle beach x12

    I've watched several videos on how to connect the turtle beach headset to the Xbox one and my tv doesn't have the headphone jack. Please help me.

    Turtle Beach x12 Headset Does Not Receive Audio

    Turtle Beaches currently are not compatible with the Xbox One.

    Turtle Beach are working on making Xbox one headsets.

    Hi samster 444,

    What type of headset is being used? Such as model for the brand types, like Afterglow, Turtle beach, etc. Also is it a stereo headset or a chat headset?

    Try changing the batteries in the controller, and if that does not work then try another controller with that headset.

    Is there a Turtle Beach or Madkatz wireless headset base station plugged into the Xbox? If so, please unplug it and try it again. Please let us know if that helps.
