Please help with Teredo IP address error

Ok, so I have had this issue for awhile now and I have attributed it to my ghetto internet setup up until now. I now have my internet with my own Motorola Surfboard SB6141 and Asus N900 (RT-N66-U). I have tried this both with port forwarding and with UPNP
enabled. My Xbox One sees the internet connection just fine, but when I run a multiplayer test, it gives me the teredo error.

I haven't tried this on wireless connection yet, only wired (not sure that will matter though). My Xbox One has a static IP address and I have googled the top 5 or 6 fixes for this and nothing is working. I have tried it with IPV6 enabled and disabled. When
enabled, I had IPV6 in Native mode. My only other thought was to maybe put it in Tunnel 6to4 or Tunnel 6in4 mode, but not sure which to try.

Does anyone have any helpful hints on this? Perhaps someone that has an Asus router and has gone through this before? Any help is greatly appreciated. I have been waiting too long to play multiplayer games.

How is your gateway currently configured?

 

Many people have tried many things but the only thing that works is restoring the console to factory defaults. (don't ask me how or why)

You wont lose anything since all the save games are backed up in cloud and the purchases linked to your GT.

settings>system>restore factory defaults.

 

Thank you hairy buzz. Having spent a whole day messing about with my router, following advice from Xbox themselves, about port forwarding etc when the factory settings reboot you recommended has done the trick, what confused me was that my Xbox had been
fine since day one purchase and it happened without any settings being changed by me...
