I Need Help With The Family Code.

So My Older Brother Gave Me An Xbox 360 And It Had A Family Code Note That Neither Me Or Him Put The Code On It.

So I Tried To Reset The Xbox 360 But It Wont Let Me So Can I Get Some Help Please.

Sorry to hear that you're having a hard time getting past that passcode.

Luckily, there's a simple fix you can get done on your own.

What I suggest you do is follow the steps outlined on our support page entitled

How to reset the pass code for parental controls on Xbox 360 as it's there specifically to help everyone out with this exact problem.

Give that a shot and let us know how well that helped ya out.
