since I only ended up confused by the xbox support,I wanted to see if anyone here could help. I ned to move my gamertag from the current email to my new existing email, but as of yet no luck. any ideas?

here to move your gamertag over to a new email address? What specifically are you running into issues with when you're trying to go through the process of changing your email?
