    Hello Xbox support. I preordered the game Quantum Break in the beginning of March hoping to at least get my Alan Wake's American Nightmare code way before QB came out, while knowing that the full Alan Wake + DLC code wouldn't be sent until after QB came
    out. To my dismay, I still have yet to receive my codes for either Alan wake + DLC or American Nightmare and I am getting very upset at the poor level of service. Please send me my codes I have been patiently waiting for almost 2 months now!

    Messages with pre-order codes (QB) dissapeared

    Game: Quantum Break

    Date of purchase: 01.04.16 (posting from the same account).

    Date of last message with QB W10 code: 12.04.16 (if i remember correctly).

    Didn't use any of them (Alan Wake, Alan Wake AM, QB W10).

    Didn't know that there's time limit with xbox internal messages

    (why messages with codes are send that way insteed of email without any information?).

    Could that messages be retrive/resend again.

    Please, help.

    Note to the one who keeps replying and locking threads....

    You keep saying we'll get a message with further information but the message should have been sent as soon as it was noticed there was a problem. We're now more than 3 days over the last day yet not only do we have no codes but no communications about a
    delay like you keep telling us we'll get
