    Whenever i try to redeem my Prepaid code it tells me that we have ran into and unexpected error please try again later. I've tried resetting my Xbox using my phone, a laptop also plenty of times

    Need Help redeeming Xbox live code

    I keep trying to enter in my Xbox Live Gold code into my Xbox and on the website but It keeps saying "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later." I also receive an
    error code of XBOS-3023. Someone please help I want to enter the code!

    XBOX Live 24 Month Gold (Download) can't be Redeem

    Hi all,

    I'm trying to redeem my new XBOX Live 24 Month Gold (Download) code and I'm getting all times a message that said "An unexpected error has ocurred. The error has been recorded and Microsoft will work to fix the issue. Please try again later". at the bottom
    of the screen it said "SMlhF0R+20SkADlp.65.4" and I'm not able to redeem my code. I tried more than 10 times without success. Can you please help to understand how I can finally Redeem my code?

    There's no more errors or messages that the one that I mentioned.

    Any help would be appreciate.

    @ngocphi No initially it came up with "Sorry but an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try again later." This message has come up about 15 times over the last week whenever I try to redeem the code.
    Now when I try to redeem the code, after chatting with support, it says, "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help."
