PLEASE HELP.. Trying to recover a cancelled download.

There are many issues that could cause this. Can you try these and see if they help?

- Cancel and hard reset your console (hold the power button on the console until it powers off), and try again.

- Cancel the download and cycle your router/modem and try again.

- Cancel the download, clear the cache and try again.

- Cancel, delete profile only, recover and try again.

- All of these at once.

Hi, I have serious problems downloading every game, big or small install, that I try to get. Every game reach a certain percentage and then BOOM. STOP FOREVER. No way to recover them.

I tried:

- one download at once

- clearing cache

- cancel my profile and redownload it

- install offline

- reset to factory setting my xbox one

Still cannot download. Can't play anything.

I have your same problem, with a game that reaches up to 11% and then stop, it interrupts downloads

I turn on my xbox to play mw3 but my profile isnt there i try to recover but it says profiles cannot be downloaded right now try agian later. and a code # help please

I'll advise you resume it and you can uninstall it when the download is done. This is because cancelling it 'might' not remove the downloaded files from your PC and it may be an issue when you try to recover the space.
