PLEASE HELP--Strange Achievement

At about 12:30 AM I was watching a movie on Prime and an Achievement appeared for State of Decay 2-Daybreak which was called 'Cargo Cult". I stopped playing this game two days after launch... Xbox cant find any suspicious activity on my account and the
only device linked to my account is my current system. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I unlocked an achievement for content I haven't played

Does this happen with every match in Call of Duty or is it only at random? When you get a chance, please share your detailed network statistics from under network settings so that we can best help you out

Upgraded to Xbox one from a 360 and now experiencing a really strange lag.

Mostly play Call of duty and the lag puts me in a position where on my end I fire X amount of round, but on the kill cam I havent even fired a single shot. That's in Modern Warfare Remastered.

Just finished a game of Black Ops 1 and even though I was Host (!) I had a strange lag where shots didn't properly connect.

All Xbox checks (of multiplayer, the network, etc) come out fine. I´m on wired. NAT is open. I checked with my internet supplier and they can not see anything wrong with the router or their service.

Gaming with a wireless handcontroller and using turtle beach headset connected with optical. That's what is going into the Xbox one S.

Not sure what to make out of this. Please help.

it could have been a 'bugged' achievement which should have unlocked a long time ago, but just popped up just now.

Things like that have happened in the past.

To be sure you can check activity on your account here:
https://account.live.com/Activity

If you can't see any suspicious activity on your account then it's safe to assume it was just an achievement popping up really late.

 

I have had this happen with halo 5 a few months ago when it was on freeplay days, Achievements for the game did not unlock when playing it but i got some of them randomly a few weeks after i stopped playing. I believe this was due to xbox live issues that
were occuring on that weekend i played it, Could be the same for you.

 

Hello!

Most of the time this is due to either an achievement that you had met the requirements for, but didn't unlock for some reason. The other is if a game is updated with new achievements that allows you to obtain them if you've previously met the requirements.
It doesn't sound like there's any security issue, but if you are concerned you could change your password.
