PLEASE HELP SOMEONE FROM MICROSOFT { xbox one console broken }

ive just turned my xbox one on and its making a really loud buzzing noise. also theres no picture on my tv screen. since ive had the console its never been moved . and ive always been very careful when using it as it took me over a year to save up
for it. please help someone. oh if this helps ive already registered the console online when i brought it brand new last july. so there is still warranty on it..

Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they will sort you out

The best place to post this and get help is in the forum link I provided below. The Microsoft support team and xbox ambassadors can help you out better. It sounds like you might need a repair though. I can try to help you further in the support forums below.

Like Skridger has written, call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. Or if you wish here is the link for getting the repair process repaired online

You can also try a few things beforehand, such as...Unplug the console for a minute, then reconnect. Hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to reset. Check all your cables AGAIN; vibrations, pets, etc., may have pulled them out/partly out.

Have you checked the Hdmi lead is in properly / working before you send it off .

Can't hurt to try swapping it ....

I have had a black screen issue several times, though never the buzzing noise. On both occasions it was after I had moved the xbox slightly (once to plug in my external HD, the second to plug in a new network cable) - The culprit for me was the HDMI cable,
even though I had not unplugged this one, simply by unplugging the HDMI cable and re plugging it back in solved my issue. Good luck
