    Please help reset


    As I have been playing my new Xbox one for the past months I have been still learning what the different features do. As I was looking in settings I saw the home Xbox button. I was not paying attention as to what it did so I ended up pressing it. After I
    pressed it there seemed to be nothing that changed so I tried to press it again. After doing this I decided to read what it said. I then see that I can not set my home Xbox for another year. I've tried many things to see if I can reverse what I did. If you
    could help please do because I cannot access many things because of what I did.

    xbox dashboard issues..

    bumping it back up for anyone who may need the help.. ive still had a few issues and thi tends to fix it off the bat.. if not a hard reset..

    Please go to Settings > Network > Advance Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart

    Hi. I tried looking up some information for you. I was not able to find anything on why your levels have resetted. Where you able to sign in under your profile? If not, not signing in under your profile will not display your stats. You might want to call
    18004MYXBOX to also see the other possibilities of why it could've been resetted.
