Please help quickly! Xbox One Games and apps have disappeared!

My Xbox, no matter where I am, has always disconnected from internet once in a while, and I must restart it. Well, after it did this time, and I restarted the Xbox, I hopped on Halo 5. It said it needed an update, I pressed accept. I went to see how far
along it was, and all my games, apps, and the things in my queue, have disappeared. It doesn't say they are uninstalled. I can't install them. They just vanished! I reset the Xbox, Signed out and back in, waited an hour. Nothing is working. Help?

My xbox 360 gamerpic on my xbox one and xbox one S disappeared after i clicked on my avatar and i cant get it back .please help.

Edit: I can play Halo 5: Guardians, and my other recent games on my DASHBOARD. But there is nothing in My Games And Apps. Forgot to mention that.

Don't Panic!

Lets start by restarting your console (power it ALL the way off not let it sleep) and see if that resolves the issue... Hopefully it will.... if it doesn't then make a backup of your game saves and all your good stuff and try a factory reset on it. With
your backed up game data you will be able to recover them once you are done.... As long as games are still in the XBOX store, then you don't have to worry about backing them up because you should be able to install them again

I would suggest you to perform a factory reset on your console. This will restore your console operational system and get rid of any corrupted system file.

Press the Xbox button > Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps. The "Reset and keep my games and apps" option will not make you lose your games, but you will need to sign in to your account again.

Is this the standalone Xbox Music app that was released within the last couple days, or the built-in Music and Videos Hub?

Either way, if you have an Xbox Music Pass and Cloud Collection enabled, I believe it's just verifying the synchronisation status of your tracks - in the cloud and on the phone. Does it disappear pretty quickly? If so, this is probably what it is.

Xbox app (PC) Remote play option disappeared been using it for over a month Trouble shooting I have done

on console I have double checked remote features are enabled/cleared alternative mac address/reset keep games and apps/checked for updates.

on PC side I have repaired/reset Xbox app/ and Xbox insider hub checked for window updates/App updates and the last thing I tried was pin hole reset with my modem. I have Xbox series x

Remote play icon is all working fine on Xbox One and mobile just not PC Please Help Notice this issue at 10.30am 10/10/2022
